Thanks to everyone who represented Brussels Celtic Touch at the 4th Vienna invitational tournament this past weekend.

Particular and special thanks to our mentally unstable Manager Amy Williams, Captain Cadwallender and our Big Chief and Full Time Referee Yogi Bear. Also thanks to our Full Time supporters Broken Laragh and Mummy Bannon.

Congratulations to our MVP Amy Williams and to this times winner of the hat of Awesomeness : our very own Knight of the round table : Sir Gwenael de Jean.

This year, Vienna was a hard day of touch.

Unfortunately our lack of preparation was all too evident with less experienced teams giving us more trouble than they should have and teams of our own calibre dominating us.

Nevertheless, our team spirit was high, the sun was shining and despite a lack of preparation, our determination was solid and everyone gave 100%.

From match to match, everyone dug in a little bit more, ran a little bit harder, created more opportunities and our game came together.

At each match our performance was better and our final match was one we can all be proud of.

The Fluro Dress code was outrageous, the beers were plentiful and the band rocked until late!.

Vienna was again awesome: Coffees were consumed, Café's were lounged in, SacherTorte's were devoured, Museums were wandered and I even went to the Bloody Ballet!

Thanks everyone for a great weekend!

For those of you who have yet to have the privilege, don't forget we'll be revisiting Vienna in September for their Mens/Ladies tournament. This is your chance to join in the fun.
