Welcome to the BCRFC Men’s XVs  Rugby Squad! We currently field two full teams so regardless of your age, height, weight or level of experience on the rugby pitch we will find just the place for you !

2010-2011 VRB1 CHAMPIONS

Brussels Celtic XV's proud history was kicked off by our Irish founders in 1998, but since then we have become the most international club in Belgium with dozens of represented nationalities, as well as a large contingent of Belgians both Flemish and Walloon - united finally by Rugby.

After a perfect 18-0 undefeated 2010-2011 season, Brussels Celtic 1^st XV squad has been promoted from the Regional Divisions up to the Belgium National Divisions where we will compete during the 2011-2012 season which kicks off in September 2011.

If you are new to town, or been here for awhile, and want to play the most competitive expat rugby in Brussels, we are the club for you!

We also have a 2^nd XV squad that remains in the Regional Division for those looking for a little more relaxed competition.

As 2010-2011 VRB1 Champions the Brussels Celtic were awarded the Web Ellis Cup at a ceremony in European Parliament on 27 June 2011. Receiving the award on behalf of the club are Coach Graham Edwards (bald) and Club President Michael Gooley (loud). The Cup will remain at the IRB in Dublin until the Celtics find a suitable bar to host their ever expanding trophy case.
